Accessibility.

How we build this site to be usable by everyone, where we currently fall short, and how to ask for an accommodation.

Version 1.0 · Effective September 1, 2026
Version 1.0We review this statement at least annually. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, tell us — we would rather hear it than not know.

Our commitment

We build this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

This matters to us for a reason beyond compliance: the healthcare leaders we represent and the organizations we serve include people with disabilities, and a search firm that isn't reachable by everyone isn't doing its job.

What we've done

Known limitations

We'd rather tell you where we fall short than claim we're perfect.

Requesting an accommodation

If any part of this site or our search process presents a barrier, tell us and we will provide the information or complete the interaction another way — by phone, by email, or in whatever format works for you. There is no wrong way to ask, and asking has no effect on your candidacy for any role.

We aim to respond within two business days.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using, if any. It helps us fix the right thing.

Accommodations in a search

Accessibility isn't only about this website. If you need an accommodation at any point in a search process — in how we communicate, how an interview is scheduled or conducted, or how materials are provided — tell us. Requesting one is not recorded as part of any assessment and plays no role in whether you advance. Our equal opportunity statement explains that commitment in full.
